We joined the team of workpi.com in April of 2021. Since then the team grew by multiple times and keeps growing. During the partnership, we added multiple new screens, added the capability to manage almost every piece of data that exists in the application, improved the quality and visual consistency of the interface, added responsiveness and mobile adaptivity.

The current structure of work is the following. Most of the tasks are created by the WorkPi side but they are always open if there is some technical work suggested by us. Every working day we have a standup where we discuss the work of the previous day and align on the work of the following. We don't have sprints where we have a fixed number of tasks for a fixed period, more like kanban.
The designs are provided by the WorkPi team. On-demand we have meetings about work-related matters and plans for the future.
